Niniejszy artykuł podejmuje problem dotyczący zasad budowy i funkcjonowania systemu informacji o nieruchomościach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rodzaju zawartych tam danych. Opracowanie ma na celu potwierdzenie zasadności stworzenia w Polsce Zintegrowanego Systemu Katastralnego, który służyłby właściwemu funkcjonowaniu rynku nieruchomości zapewniając łatwiejszy dostęp do pełnej, aktualnej i wiarygodnej bazy danych o nieruchomościach wszystkim zainteresowanym podmiotom.

The Integrated Cadastral System as a Factor of Real Estate Market Development
The Polish real estate market is a significant factor of the whole market economy. That is why it so important for the economic relations between real estate market entities to be ac-curate and orderly. This state can be guaranteed by precise law regulations as well as by a wide access to reliable information. Potentially high real estate value needs certain, complete and up-to-date data. This article presents the issue of the rules concerning the build and functioning of real estate information system, with the emphasis put on the kinds of data stored in this system. The papers aim is to prove the need to create The Integrated Cadastral System, which by providing all interested par-ties with a wider access to complete, up-to-date and reliable real estate data base, would facilitate proper functioning of real estate market.
